We offer an after-school program for children in preschool, kindergarten and grade school.

The Cedar Valley Waldorf After School Care Program is designed to parallel and reinforce the regular school day and provide a joyful and restful environment where children can continue to learn, socialize, create and play. Children can expect a story time, snack, crafts, and both outdoor and indoor activities.

Our After School Care Program (5 years old and older)

We will be offering aftercare for all children aged five and older on Fridays from noon to 5:00 p.m. The cost will be $6/ hour with a 20 % discount given to siblings. A minimum number of registrants will be required for the program to go forward. The school will continue to look at the need for aftercare among families and will consider expanding the program in the 2012 school year.

Rainbow Preschool Aftercare

We offer preschoolers an extension of their preschool or kindergarten morning with lunchtime (packed lunch is required), a quiet time and additional free playtime. The program runs on Wednesdays and Thursdays from noon to 3 pm and is staffed with a qualified, licensed early childhood educator (ECE).

Fees

We believe our rates to be fair and reflect the quality of care we provide. Registration must be completed prior to your child attending.
Preschool Day After Care (noon to 3 pm Wed & Thurs) – $1500/year
Fridays noon to 5:00 p.m. $6/hr. Pick up times are 3:15 and 5:00.
