Waldorf Introductory Events

We have planned a number of engaging events to introduce new families to our school.

Did you ever wish you could have gone to Waldorf as a child? Join Fritz Bindseil for a lively morning lesson- adults only! Fritz will give your brain a warm up then lead the class through a German language lesson and an artistic activity. Bring your questions and your enthusiastic participation. RSVP the office.

School Tours

Are you curious about a school which ignites a life-long love of learning?

Come for a school tour at Cedar Valley Waldorf School and see the Waldorf

philosophy applied to various stages of child learning and development.

Tours will sit in on all of the school’s grades classes (1-8) and conclude with

a question and answer session. Tours are scheduled for the last Wednesday

of every month (Except December). RSVP the office.

Welcoming Students for Pro D Days

Have your friends ever wondered what at day in a Waldorf classroom is like? On public school Pro-D Days, Cedar Valley Waldorf School will open its doors to interested students. Parents can send their children for a day to attend class at their level from Grade one to eight. Space is limited. Contact the office at 898-3287/ info@cedarvalleyschool.com in advance to reserve a spot.

Gala Auction

Be sure to save the date! The Gala Auction is the school’s biggest fundraiser of the year. This is a fantastic night out for the adults with excellent food, libations, live music and incredible live and silent auction items – the perfect way to check off your Christmas list with plenty of time to spare. Round up a group of friends and take advantage of our 6-pack special ticket bundle (six for the price of 5)! We’ll be working more on the planning of this event at our Oct. 11 PIC meeting if you’re interested in participating, or consider volunteering the day/night of the event. Speak to Gabriel in the office if you’d like to be added to the volunteer list.
