Cedar Valley Waldorf School’s Grade 5-6 class will be hosting a massive garage sale on Saturday, April 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 38265 Westway Ave.

In early May the class will travel to Duncan to participate in the Waldorf Olympics, and this garage sale is their major fundraiser, in addition to a bottle drive and sandwich wrap sale. Students have been having fun training for the pentathlon events – running, discus, javelin, long jump and wrestling, and are excited to join other Waldorf schools from the province for this big four-day event. Feel free to drop off garage sale donations on or before Friday, April 23 and any refundable bottles before the end of the month.

Lovable Labels

Cedar Valley Waldorf School has teamed up with Lovable Labels to provide parents an opportunity to purchase quality personalized labels while supporting the school. Lovable Labels are extra tough, colourful and fun labels available in stickers, iron-ons, shoe labels, bag tags and medical wristbands. They are laundry, dishwasher and microwave safe.
