Cedar Valley Waldorf School is seeking two positions: a part time French teacher (approximately 6 hours per week), and a part time violin teacher (approximately 3 hours per week).

French is taught grades 1 through 8, some being combined/split classes. Violin is taught grades 5 through 8.

Cedar Valley Waldorf School offers small classes, a strong community spirit and the opportunity to help create a thriving and healthy school where your input, enthusiasm and talents are welcomed and appreciated. CVWS is in its 10th year and currently offers preschool, kindergarten and Grades 1 through 8, as well as a parent-child program.

Teachers are competitively compensated. Candidates must be skilled in their area, experienced, demonstrate strong classroom management skills, be motivated, determined, flexible, creative, and committed. Ideally the suitable candidate holds a valid BC Teacher’s Certificate.
